Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns

We want you to love your purchase! However, due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns in the following cases:

• The item arrived damaged or defective.

• The wrong item was sent.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for change of mind or hygiene reasons (earrings cannot be returned once worn).

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@littlesparklythings.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

3. Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. If your item is damaged, we will provide a replacement or refund where applicable.

4. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Please email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

• If an item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.

• If a return is accepted for another reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
